Learning Analytics voor Hoger Onderwijs

چکیده

De digitale informatiesystemen, leerplatformen en -tools die in toenemende mate worden ingezet het hoger onderwijs leveren vaak een schat aan informatie op. Mits doordacht kritisch gebruik kunnen deze data belangrijke inzichten generen situ over o.a. leer- participatiegedrag van studenten leeromgevingen of feedbackprocessen docenten, ook voor ontwerp monitoren onderwijskwaliteit voorspellen studierendement. Het actief maken functie begrijpen optimaliseren onderwijsleeromgevingen, -rendement wordt geduid onder de koepelterm Learning Analytics (LA). In bijdragen dit themanummer la nooit als doel op zich beschouwd, maar wel belangrijk middel om complexiteit bevorderen leren presteren te hieruit doelgerichte acties uit af leiden. Dit vergt kritische houding ten aanzien werkvloer nodige onderzoekcompetenties met complexe datastroom verwerking ervan gaan.
